– Shipping and delivery terms

To buy on this website you must be over 18 years old. The buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, which may differ from country to country.

Our shipments are delivered worldwide; depending on the delivery address you provide, the amount may vary. Deliveries to all of Spain and Portugal take between 2 and 4 working days. Deliveries outside Spain and Portugal take between 4 and 20 working days depending on the distance. In the case of orders to the Canary Islands, Portugal, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, a proforma invoice will be issued prior to dispatch of the goods. Outside Spain the conditions to be applied will be ExWork.

The delivery or shipping time may be altered due to public holidays. Weekends, national and regional holidays do not count as working days for dispatches or deliveries.

In the event that the customer detects any problem at the time of delivery of his order (damaged packaging, missing or damaged products), he must indicate this in writing on the carrier’s delivery note, and contact our customer service centre (916680578) by telephone within 48 hours of receipt. We will not accept any return of a damaged item or claim for a missing item if it has not been communicated within the established time limit.

– Currency

Prices in EUR are accurate, as payments are made in Euros.

– Taxes and fees

As we are located in Spain, all our products are taxed under Spanish taxes. Any local duty to pay additional taxes is the responsibility of the customer.

– Payments

Regardless of the payment method you choose, in addition to the total cost of the order you will have to pay the appropriate transport costs, which will depend on the distance of the shipment.

Return and exchange policies

– Order cancellation

The client has the right to cancel any order placed with Laboratorios Antea S.A. and receive a refund, provided that the cancellation is made on the same day the order was placed, and that the order has not been processed. In this case, the full amount of your order will be refunded.

In the event that the order has already been processed and shipped, the customer must wait to receive the goods and then return the order. In this case the shipping costs, both for receipt and return, shall be borne by the customer. Once it has been confirmed that the product is sealed and has not been used, the amount of the product will be immediately refunded to the customer.

– Return and exchange policy

If there has been an error at the time of purchase, you are not completely satisfied or you simply prefer another product, please return the product in its original condition (packaging, boxes, etc.) in perfect condition and within 7 days of receipt.

To request an exchange or refund, please contact us by email: anteapro@anteaprofesional.com, indicating: Order number, reference number, buyer’s name, bank account number and the date of purchase or by calling 916.680.578

The user will have to send the goods perfectly packed and unused to the address: LABORATORIOS ANTEA S.A., C/ ARAGON 34, MEJORADA DEL CAMPO, 28840, MADRID.

Transport costs shall be borne by the customer. Once the goods have been received, they will be checked and if there has been no manipulation, they can be reimbursed by bank transfer to the account number that you have communicated to us by email.

If at the time of receiving the product, it is damaged, you must reflect it on the carrier’s sheet, take photos and send them by email to anteapro@anteaprofesional.com within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the goods. In this case, our company will reimburse the money by bank transfer and may or may not arrange the collection of the products.
